The Katzie First Nation treaty team has launched a website dedicated to its treaty negotiations. Its URL is

The website's mission is to inform and educate Katzie members and the general public on the first nationís vital and historic treaty negotiations with Canada and British Columbia.

The treaty teamís first concern is to provide treaty related information to those Katzie members residing throughout the region and beyond. It is especially intended to be a resource for Katzie youth as they undertake their studies and want to keep abreast of treaty negotiations.

The website is also presented to all communities in the Fraser Valley, especially those situated within and just beyond Katzie traditional territory. It is intended to provide the general public an opportunity to inform themselves on Katzie First Nationís treaty talks.

The website will further serve as a public record for the Katzie First Nation's treaty negotiations.
